Walking is a simple thing yet impactful it can benefit both personal health and to the environment. Walking improves our physical fitness and it helps us to reduce stress. By walking instead of driving, it lessen the greenhouse gas emissions, and it contributes a cleaner air. It encourage us to be an eco-friendly and a lifestyle that values environmental. Walking not only enriches individual lives but also plays a vital role in combating pollution and promoting a healthier planet for future generations.

Planting plants is essential for both surroundings and there's an pollution reduction. The trees and plants is absorbing carbon dioxide, a major greenhouse gas, and it releases oxygen. they also act like natural air filters trapping pollutants such as dust, smoke, and harmful gases, this improves the air quality. So we must participate in programs like tree planting so we could lessen the greenhouse gases. As we enhancing green spaces, we are not only combating pollution but also we will have a healthier environment, more resilient environment it can benefit all living beings.

Picking up a trash is a must to maintain the cleanliness and preserve a healthy environment, and it reduce pollution. This process helps filter pollutants from rainwater before it enters waterways, improving water quality. Plants can trap dust and other airborne pollutants, contributing to cleaner air. By maintaining healthy vegetation through regular watering, we  do not only support plant life but also foster a more balanced ecosystem that combats pollution and promotes environmental sustainability.

Recycling bottles is crucial for reducing pollution and conserving resources. When bottles are recycled, they are transformed into new products rather than being sent to landfills, where they can take hundreds of years to decompose. Embracing my Growth

Embracing my Growth

Throughout this first quarter being a grade 10 student, I've gained so much knowledge. I've gained skills in writing and some valuable insights. I've learned how to create a blog using blogger.com. Having knowledge about this blog is good because we can use it in our daily lives, and it enhances your skills in writing. My interactions with others have deepened my understanding. Overcoming challenges have taught me to be more resilient and be more creative.

Throughout my journey, I've encountered a variety of challenges that tested my capability. Time management is struggling for me. Time management has been my problem since grade 9, especially with the pressures of work to do, and sometimes my phone distracts me. But adapting to these changes, we need more to enhance our skills and be creative as always. One of my problems is that I fear to fail, but I learned to be resilient and be more good at my time management.

To address my time management challenges, I implemented several strategies that helped me regain control over my schedule.I created a daily planner to prioritize tasks, breaking larger projects into smaller, manageable steps. This not only made my workload feel less overwhelming but also helped me track my progress. Additionally, I began practicing self-compassion, reminding myself that it's okay to make mistakes and that failure is part of the learning process. By embracing resilience, I developed a more positive mindset, which motivated me to keep refining my time management skills and stay committed to my goals.

Moving on, I will continue to build on the skills I've developed this quarter. I plan to refine my writing by exploring different styles and topics on my blog, using it as a platform to express my thoughts and creativity. I’ll also set specific goals for my time management, like establishing a consistent study routine and minimizing distractions further by using apps that limit my phone usage during study sessions. Additionally, I will seek feedback from peers and teachers to enhance my understanding and growth. Overall, I’m excited to embrace the coming months with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
